CleanCleanSight End User Licence Agreement

CleanSight is licensed to you by BITESIGHT LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16604605, with its registered office at 5 Brayford Square, London, E1 0SG, United Kingdom.
The licence that applies
Your licence to use CleanSight is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Apple Standard EULA). These CleanSight terms supplement the Apple Standard EULA. If they conflict, the Apple Standard EULA and any mandatory law control.
BITESIGHT LTD grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use CleanSight on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Standard EULA and App Store rules. CleanSight is licensed, not sold.
CleanSight-specific conditions
- You may use CleanSight only for lawful personal or internal purposes.
- You must have the right to access and process any photos, videos, contacts, or other content you use with CleanSight.
- You may not copy, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, disrupt, or reverse engineer CleanSight except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Scan results and storage estimates are suggestions. Review every item before deletion or replacement.
- Privacy Scan is not antivirus software, identity-theft protection, or a guarantee that sensitive information will be detected.
- Vault files are device-only and excluded from backup. Restore files you want to keep before deleting CleanSight, erasing the device, or moving to another device.
Purchases and subscriptions
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple Account. Any trial is available only when Apple shows that you are eligible. A lifetime purchase is a one-time licence for the supported CleanSight app and the features offered under that purchase. The displayed App Store price, currency, billing period, renewal terms, and trial conditions apply when you confirm a purchase.
Apple handles billing, refunds, taxes, and payment methods. Deleting CleanSight does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore Purchases in the app to restore eligible purchases made with the same Apple Account.
Maintenance, support, and product claims
BITESIGHT LTD, not Apple, is responsible for CleanSight maintenance and support to the extent required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for CleanSight.
To the extent required by the Apple Standard EULA, BITESIGHT LTD, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to CleanSight, including product-liability claims, claims that CleanSight fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer-protection claims. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Intellectual-property claims
If a third party claims that CleanSight or your permitted use of it infringes intellectual-property rights, BITESIGHT LTD, not Apple, is responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging that claim to the extent required by the Apple Standard EULA.
Legal compliance
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism, and that you are not listed on a United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using CleanSight, including your Apple service and mobile-network terms.
Warranty and liability
CleanSight is provided as is and as available to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete scan results, a specific amount of recovered storage, or detection of every sensitive item.
If CleanSight fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple. Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, as provided by the Apple Standard EULA. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for CleanSight. Nothing in this EULA excludes statutory warranties, consumer rights, or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination
This licence ends if you materially breach it. When the licence ends, you must stop using and delete CleanSight. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, continue to apply.
Apple as third-party beneficiary
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. When you accept it, Apple has the right to enforce it against you.
Governing law
Subject to mandatory consumer law and the governing-law provisions in the Apple Standard EULA, these supplemental terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts with mandatory jurisdiction retain that jurisdiction.
